Funeral services for Mr. Anthony Jerome “Tony” Rozier, 45, of Warner Robins, Georgia, will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul A. M.E. Church, 308 Rowe Street, Dublin. Bishop Otha Stanley will officiate. Burial will follow at the Dudley Memorial Cemetery in Dublin.

Mr. Rozier was born on June 10, 1968. He departed this life on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at The Coliseum Medical Center in Macon, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Calvin Rozier, Sr., mother, Martha Nell Stanley Andrews, and brother, Felix Rozier.

Mr. Rozier was the youngest of his living siblings. He worked at Johnny’s Pizza and Sonny’s Barbecue prior to his illness. At an older age, he gave his heart to Jesus and regularly attended The House of Refuge Ministries in East Dublin. He enjoyed fishing, playing pac-man and family.

Mr. Rozier leaves to mourn three sisters, Cynthia Rozier, Marquita Rozier, and LaToya Williams all of Dublin; brother, Paul Calvin (Patricia) Rozier, Jr. of East Point; nieces, Shanika Smith and Kiara Smith both of Dublin; nephews, Torrey Rozier and D’Meco Rozier both of Dublin; aunts and caregiver, Barbara (Rev. William) Wright of Warner Robins, Bernice (Robert) Nelson, Pauline (Pastor Rickey) Montford, Caretha (S.J.) Stanley all of Dublin, Pastor Dorothy (Larry) Simmons, Pamela Ingram, Essie Jean Guyton of all East Dublin, Patricia (Darrin) Theriault of Wrightsville, Dr. Angela Stanley of Orlando, Florida, and Pecolia Griffin of Atlanta; devoted uncles, Richard (Pearlince) Stanley, Reverend Lewis Stanley, Jr., Bishop Otha (Deborah) Stanley, Ed Stanley, Clinton Rozier and Alvin Rozier all of Dublin, MGySgt James (Cassandra) Stanley of Camp Lejeune, NC; two great-nephews, Devin Smith and Emanuel Blackshear, Jr.; two great aunts, Mary Anderson and Laura Wright both of Dublin; great uncle, Robert Kemp of Dublin; devoted friend and caregiver, Rita Parker of Dublin; and a host of cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the aunts residence, 308 Pecan Place, East Dublin from 2-8 PM on Tuesday. Mr. Rozier will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
