Funeral Services for Mr. A. C. Walker, of Dublin, will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 12 PM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Reverend Alton Walker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Walker was born on February 8, 1939, in Laurens County to the late Mrs. Sooner Wright and Mr. Virgil Walker. He was raised by his older, beloved sister, Mrs. Rosa Lee Holmes. Mr Walker departed his life on April 19, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his siblings: Mrs. Lizzie Mae O'Neal, Mrs. Carrie Dudley, Mrs. Susie Mae Robinson, Mr. Willie Lee Walker, Mr. V. W. Walker, and Mr. W. V. Walker.

He leaves to cherish his profound memories two daughters, Evelyn (Roosevelt) Walker and Dorothy Walker, both of Dublin, one sister, Rosa Lee Holmes of Dublin; eight grandchildren, Johnny Holliman, Gloria (David) Walker, Gregory Outlaw, Erlene (Samuel) Blash, Ricky Nelson, Freddie Walker, Lashaundra Walker, and Erica Walker, all of Dublin, nine great-grandchildren, a special certified nursing assistant who took very great care of him and whom he loved dearly, Mrs. Barbara "BJ" Brown of Dublinair Nursing Home, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
